Our Commitment
Tod.ai is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
We believe that the web should be accessible to all, regardless of ability, and we work to remove barriers that prevent interaction with our website.
Accessibility Standards
We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What does Level AA mean?
Level AA addresses the most common barriers for users with disabilities. It includes requirements for colour contrast, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and more.
Accessibility Features
We've implemented the following accessibility features across Tod.ai:
Navigation & Interaction
- All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
- Focus indicators are visible on all focusable elements
- Skip-to-content links for easier navigation
- Consistent navigation structure across all pages
Visual Design
- Colour contrast ratios meet WCAG AA requirements
- Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of functionality
- No content flashes more than three times per second
- Information is not conveyed by colour alone
Screen Readers & Assistive Technology
- Semantic HTML structure (headings, landmarks, lists)
- ARIA labels and descriptions where needed
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Form inputs have associated labels
Content
- Clear, plain language throughout
- Descriptive link text (no "click here")
- Readable fonts with appropriate sizing
- Adequate line height and spacing
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address these areas:
Areas We're Improving
- •Chat interface: Some real-time updates may not be immediately announced to screen readers
- •Third-party content: Product images from external sources may lack alt text
- •PDF documents: Some linked PDFs may not be fully accessible
If you encounter any accessibility barriers not listed here, please contact us. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.
